The Department of the County Attorney is seeking a professional individual with strong interpersonal skills to provide legal counsel to Carroll County management, boards, commissions, officers, agencies, and employees regarding matters involving the County in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws. Job  Camp Counselor
Department of Recreation and Parks/Piney Run Park. $15.00 base hourly rate, 40 hours per week. Contractual position June 6 – August 9. Hours vary and may include evenings and weekends. Camp Counselors will plan, develop, and conduct nature programs for campers at Piney Run Nature Camp that compliment specified camp curriculum. Counselors named “Group Leader” for each group (K-6th grade) must be at least 18 years of age or a high school graduate and will be responsible for supervising and directing other counselors and campers in their group during all camp activities. Department of Public Safety. $22.46 base hourly rate (Grade C09). Full time position with rotating 48/36 hour work weeks comprising of 12 hour shifts; day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am). The Department of Public Safety – Emergency Communications Center is seeking motivated, customer service-oriented professionals to join our team of 9-1-1 Specialists. The Bureau of Engineering is seeking an Engineering Technician I with drafting and design experience focused on roadway and stormwater drainage projects. The Living History Camp teaches children about rural farm life in the 1800’s through demonstrations and hands-on experience.
