What You Will Do

As County Attorney Intern, you will support various activities of the Department of the County Attorney, including research, document filing, drafting and editing letters for accuracy, and support day to day operations. We are looking for a detail-orientated individual who is interested in learning about county government.

Essential Duties

  • Support daily activities of the Department of the County Attorney.
  • Answer phone calls, taking messages and redirecting as appropriate.
  • Perform general support functions such as researching, filing and retrieving documentation and drafting letters.
  • Complete assigned work in a timely fashion. Accept feedback.
  • Demonstrate an ability to collaborate and willingness to learn. Participate in a supportive work environment.
  • Exhibit integrity, ethics and confidentiality responsibility.
